Fun fishing contest in the port of Grand Haven, on Lake Michigan!

Time: 6:30am – 12:30pm

Location: Grand Haven Municipal Marina, Waterfront Stadium, 101 N. Harbor Dr., Grand Haven

Registration: TBD

Below is the outline for the fishing contest in prior years.

Rules:
-The contest is open to weighing-in your biggest Chinook, Coho, Lake Trout, Steelhead, or Brown Trout
-Any boats weighing in but not placing in 1-10th place will be entered into a drawing for a $50 cash prize

Entry Fee Per Boat:
$100 Early Bird Registration when you register by September 8th. Entry fee after the 8th is $110. Each entry includes a captain t-shirt. No registrations will be accepted after 8pm on Friday, September 16th.

Boats must leave from Grand Haven or fish from Grand Haven Pier and all fish must be weighed in by 1:30 PM with an awards ceremony immediately following!

Possible Payouts (Based on 50 Boats Entered):
1st Place – $1,250
2nd Place – $625
3rd Place – $500
4th Place – $400
5th Place – $250
6th Through 10th Place–Fishing Equipment/Tackle
Payouts will be posted at the weigh-in site.
